3pm Trophy Presentations – Open to a viewing audience (performers to wear studio shirts)
No costumes will be given unless ALL dance & costume fees are paid up to date.
For the day to run smoothly please arrive 20 minutes prior to scheduled class times, to allow for costume hand out or preparation for photo shoot or rehearsal
Please be aware the costume collection time is set to a specific time and costumes can only be collected then.

Please be aware Hired costumes need to be returned the night of the concert to Miss Joann and Miss Shandell and marked off the list to avoid a replacement fee and lost items.Please wait in line until this is finalised.

All students are to arrive in dance tights,dance shoes, studio shirts, dance leggings/pants and hair to be done as follows:
Creative/Juniors: 2 pony tails just above ears hair to fall in front of ears no fringe. Hair to be well lacquered no fly aways.
Junior Ballet: 2 pony tails as above put into buns.
Intermediate/Senior/Dance Divas: front braid going along fringe starting on right side following over to left into side pony tail hair to be tied bottom ear lobe on left side. Behind fringe braid tease hair into quiff (volume).

Stage Makeup for the concert – 2 coats of foundation,(apply one coat then allow to dry and then another for a matted stage make up look), blush, eyeshadow brown on lid and white up to brow, lipstick.
Hair for the concert – well lacquered / gelled, no visible scrunchies or bands. Attire – students should wear their fiesta dance tights, dance shoes & studio leotard. Each student should arrive ready in their first costume half an hour prior to starting time, with their studio dance shirt over the top. The studio shirt is a cover up over costumes, to be worn before and after dancing so as not to spoil the surprise of the costumes on stage. If sitting in the audience studio shirt should be worn over costumes.
• All dancers are to wear dance fiesta tights no ladders
• Black jazz shoes, black/tan tap shoes
• Ballet shoes with ribbons and tied and tucked please see notice board for instructions.
• Studio shirts are to be worn for presentations at the dress rehearsal.


Concert Doors will open at 5.30pm For a 6pm start.

Kingaroy Dance Eisteddfod April 30th entries close 12th March.

Miss Shandell would like to prepare solo,duo's and a group to compete in next years eisteddfods, if you are interested please reply to this email and I will forward details.
The Competition class will be for students wishing to compete in competitions in 2011 and the dances will be cheographed for an age group dance with dedicated team members.Solo & duo private lessons will be available to get a head start on routines and prepare students.
Classes will be commencing over the holidays for the Eisteddfod team members.

To help with hair and make up ;Available on the day of the Concert is my daughter ... “Celeste” ....please book in early with her at the dress rehearsal day. $5 a head / $5 a face.

Stage Makeup for the concert – 2 coats of foundation,(apply one coat then allow to dry and then another for a matted stage make up look), blush, eyeshadow brown on lid and white up to brow, lipstick.
Hair for the concert – well lacquered / gelled, no visible scrunchies or bands. Attire – students should wear their fiesta dance tights, dance shoes & studio leotard. Each student should arrive ready in their first costume half an hour prior to starting time, with their studio dance shirt over the top. The studio shirt is a cover up over costumes, to be worn before and after dancing so as not to spoil the surprise of the costumes on stage. If sitting in the audience studio shirt should be worn over costumes.
• All dancers are to wear dance fiesta tights no ladders
• Black jazz shoes, black/tan tap shoes
• Ballet shoes with ribbons and tied and tucked please see notice board for instructions.
• Studio shirts are to be worn for presentations at the dress rehearsal.


Concert Doors will open at 11.30am For a 12 noon start.

1st Dance Eisteddfod for 2011 planned to compete in ;
Kingaroy Dance Eisteddfod April 30th entries close 12th March.

Miss Shandell would like to prepare solo,duo's and a group to compete in next years eisteddfods, if you are interested please reply to this email and I will forward details.
The Competition class will be for students wishing to compete in competitions in 2011 and the dances will be cheograped for in an age group dance with dedicated team members.Solo & duo private lessons will be available to get a head start on routines and prepare students.
Classes will be commencing over the holidays for the Eisteddfod team members.
